Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 8 oz each)

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbsp Kinder's Chicken Caesar Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.

  2. Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create four even cutlets, about ¾ inch thick. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

  3. Place the chicken in a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise and toss until evenly coated. Sprinkle with the Kinder's Chicken Caesar Seasoning and toss again until the chicken is evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each piece.

  5. Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes more, or until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.

  6. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and immediately sprinkle with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  7. Serve with fresh lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
